Join the Marching Dodgers and ten other high school marching bands as they rock the house on our home turf. It’s a full day of fantastic music and more!! Stop by and support our Marching Dodgers!! The Madison Marching Dodgers will be performing their 2017 field show, “Into the Frame”. The Madison Junior School Band will perform the National Anthem on the Madison football field at 12:55 pm to kick off the day. Refreshments available at the hut!
17th Annual Pumpkin Festival

Celebrate the Fall Harvest and the Season of the Witch at the Whippany Railway Museum with train rides and a Halloween crafts/vendor fair. The whole family can enjoy an afternoon amid the Color and Spirit of Fall in the Whippanong Valley of Morris County.
Take a relaxing, nostalgic 30-minute trip into the past onboard the “Pumpkinliner.” The enjoyable excursion follows the route of the Historic “Whippanong Trail” and will feature antique cabooses you can ride in. Trains leave at 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. Purchase tickets in advance online.
The Festival will feature pumpkins, corn shocks, and grinning scarecrows, along with local crafts and railroad memorabilia. There will also be a unique collection of antique Farm Tractors. Kids can pose for pictures in front of the Haunted House and enjoy the festive fall decorations around the museum grounds.
This event takes place rain or shine.
Fall for Springfield Carnival & Car Show

Got a car lover in your house? Then make sure to check out the classic cars as they line the streets of Springfield along with go-carts and bumper cars. This year’s festival features a Robotics Tent and a presentation from the Model Railroad Club. There’s also free breakfast for veterans.
