Little League Kick Off
Play Ball! Saturday, April 22nd is the Official Opening Day for Madison Little League. So many fun events for the kids in town.
8 am – Annual Pancake Breakfast at the Madison Elk’s Club, 192 Main Street
12 pm – Annual Parade starts at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building and runs through Downtown Madison, NJ to Dodge Field where the Opening Day Ceremonies will be held
1 – 5 pm – FREE ice cream at McCool’s for Little Leaguers in uniform
8 am – 5 pm – MHS Gym – Pictures
Party for the Planet @ The Turtle Back Zoo
Head to the zoo for this Earth Day Celebration. Festivities include animal talks and entertainment to help young and old connect with the natural world. The Montclair Art Museum Art Truck adds to the fun as zoo-goers can make creative crafts out of recycled materials. (I LOVE THE MONTCLAIR ART TRUCK, by the way!!)
New this year is a Children’s Music Festival on the zoo’s amphitheater stage. Shows start at 11am,11:35am, 12:10pm, 12:45pm and 1:20pm.

Travel underwater, visit the circus, fly high up in the sky, and see where else we can travel in yoga storytime with Miss Tracy! Each session will be a new adventure with a story and yoga poses to go along with it.
